In batches of 120 bottles of 33cl (11.2 fl.oz.) or 48 bottles of 75cl (25.4 fl.oz.), the packer replaces the full bottles in the clean crates.

So as not to damage the bottles and the freshly applied labels, the movements of the arms of this machine have been designed to millimetre accuracy.

After this operation is completed, a fully automatic machine refills the pallets with clean crates full of filled bottles.
