Old-fashioned Chimay pâté
A legacy of our craftsman butchers, old-fashioned Chimay pâté is made in accordance with tradition from: thin meat and pigs' liver, onions and carefully selected spices. Slow cooking in the oven gives it an incomparable flavour. Served in a round earthenware dish.

This sausage is born of the princely marriage of very carefully chosen meats and the famous Trappist beer of Chimay.
